Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Flyzentique. This document serves as the formal binding agreement between Flyzentique and individuals or entities acquiring passenger placement on our flights. By accessing our platform, requesting reservation services, or interacting with our operations, you express complete consent to these stipulations. Our organization operates under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These provisions are structured to align directly with international commercial advertising standards, local trade descriptions ordinances, and aviation safety guidelines. Please review these parameters before attempting platform booking activities.

Preliminary Online Booking and Holding Window

Flyzentique functions as a private aviation service provider. When passengers utilize our web portal to select an available flight placement, our system initiates a temporary allocation phase. The selected passenger accommodation is restricted from general public view and held systematically by us for exactly 48 hours from the initial digital submission time. This preliminary duration provides a temporary window for passengers to formalize their scheduling arrangements.

If additional validation steps are not executed within this specific timeframe, the digital hold expires automatically, and the accommodation returns immediately to our open inventory for public selection.

In-Person Authentication and Payment Procedures

To complete the comprehensive registration sequence, the individual holding the reservation must visit our primary office during operational business hours. Our physical commercial headquarters is located at Wellable Commercial Building, 513 Hennessy Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Complete transaction processing must occur during this physical visit to convert the temporary digital hold into a finalized flight confirmation. Passengers must deliver the full outstanding operational balance via accepted electronic transfer mechanisms, corporate bank drafts, or sanctioned payment cards.

Details regarding specific arrival terminals, departure zones, and boarding logistics are distributed directly to passengers during this physical transactional step at our office.

Voluntary Flight Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Passengers possess the option to request cancellation of their finalized flight arrangements up until the scheduled departure day. Our refund parameters operate on a structured timeline. If a passenger submits a formal cancellation notification 24 hours or more prior to the designated departure date, our system authorizes a full reversal of the original transaction amount.

However, if a passenger chooses to cancel their flight itinerary on the absolute day of travel, a 50% administrative deduction is enforced. The remaining balance is returned according to our structured return protocols detailed below.

Billing Disbursement and Banking Timelines

Following a cancellation approval, our administrative office requires the official account coordinates of the passenger to initiate the electronic transfer. Our processing unit executes the fund transfer instructions within 24 hours of receiving the required banking records. Although our outbound payment processing happens rapidly, the overall timeline for the appearance of funds relies heavily on external banking systems.

It can require up to 7 business days for the balance to reflect within an individual bank account statement, depending entirely on the specific guidelines of the passenger's banking institution.

Airport Arrival and No-Show Regulations

Passengers carry the explicit responsibility to arrive at the designated airport facility exactly one hour before the scheduled departure time. This early arrival ensures smooth processing of security parameters, baggage handling, and final boarding documentation. If an individual fails to present themselves at the specified terminal within this mandatory window, the action is categorized as a no-show.

A no-show event triggers an automatic cancellation of the flight journey. Under these specific circumstances, no reimbursement, transactional reversal, or alternative flight allocation is provided by our company under any condition.

Government Identification Requirements

Every passenger must possess and present valid government issued identification documentation at the airport terminal on the day of travel. Acceptable documents include current international passports or official residency identification cards containing clear photographic matches.

Failure to produce valid government documentation during the pre-flight authentication phase results in immediate denial of aircraft entry. This scenario is designated as a cancelled flight due to passenger non-compliance, and no refunds or operational credits are provided.

Statutory Compliance and Legal Framework

These provisions are governed, interpreted, and enforced according to the existing legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Our operations comply with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, the Civil Aviation Ordinance, and applicable international air transit pacts. If any individual clause within this document is declared invalid by a Hong Kong court, the remaining sections retain full legal validity.

Corporate Contact and Customer Inquiries

Passengers can contact our administrative representatives regarding any policy questions or flight adjustments through our primary electronic communication channel at jet@flyzentique.com. Our support teams remain active and live from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Hong Kong Time (HKT). Inquiries submitted outside these hours are evaluated during the next consecutive operational period.
