Because our private aviation operations involve complex scheduling, airport positioning, and crew allocations, we enforce clear time frames for processing structural cancellations. Passengers hold the right to initiate a cancellation sequence at any moment up until the designated day of travel.

All adjustment notifications must arrive via our official electronic mail portal to ensure proper chronological documentation. The exact percentage of funds returned relies entirely on the precise window when the formal notification reaches our system.

Advanced Cancellation and Complete Reversals

When passengers choose to terminate their flight itineraries well in advance of their scheduled departure, full billing restoration occurs. Specifically, if a passenger submits an explicit cancellation request 24 hours or more prior to the designated departure date, Flyzentique authorizes a full reversal of the transaction amount.

This rule ensures that passengers who give adequate operational notice suffer no penalties. The transaction is processed through our system without any administrative deductions, and the entire balance moves forward to the repayment stage.

Same Day Cancellations and Fee Deductions

A separate operational rule applies when travel plans change abruptly on the scheduled date of travel. If a passenger decides to cancel their private aviation reservation on the absolute day of the flight journey, a 50% administrative fee is automatically deducted from the original payment. This deduction handles the baseline logistical costs, airport layout fees, and reservation slot allocations that accrue on the day of travel. The remaining 50% of the original transaction balance is sanctioned for return to the passenger according to our standard banking distribution guidelines.

Airport Absence and No-Show Exclusions

Passengers must present themselves at the assigned airport facility exactly 1 hour before the scheduled departure time to complete essential checking and passenger boarding procedures. If an individual fails to arrive at the terminal within this mandatory timeframe, the event is categorized as a passenger no-show. A no-show status automatically cancels the flight itinerary.

Under these explicit circumstances, no refunds, partial credits, or transaction reversals are provided by Flyzentique. Furthermore, if a passenger is denied aircraft entry due to failure to show valid government issued identification documents, it is classified as a passenger cancellation on the day of travel, and zero refunds are passed.

Processing Timelines and Banking Mechanisms

Once a cancellation request receives formal authorization, our accounting unit requires the official bank routing and account coordinates of the passenger to complete the transfer. Flyzentique processes and initiates the outbound electronic transfer within twenty-four hours of receiving the correct account credentials.

While our team completes this internal process rapidly, final arrival relies on external banking institutions. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on an individual's personal bank account statement, depending on the specific policies of the passenger's banking provider.
